# Export your data or delete your account

> Export your PostMesh drafts, history, connected accounts and settings, disconnect a network, or delete your account and its data.

Your data, how to take it with you, and how to delete it.

> **In short:** Export your drafts, history, connected accounts, settings and subscription from Settings, Data & privacy; tokens are left out. Disconnect a network in Connections. Delete your account and everything in it in Settings, Data & privacy.

## Export

Settings, Data & privacy downloads your drafts, publishing history, connected account names, posting-time settings and plan status. Access tokens are never included. Uploaded media, agent chats, brand voice and Clip Factory jobs aren't in the export; email [hello@postmesh.app](mailto:hello@postmesh.app) for a copy.

## Disconnect a network

Disconnect an account in Connections. PostMesh deletes its tokens right away; posts already published stay on the network.

## Delete your account

In Settings, Data & privacy, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm it's you with a passkey or an email code. Your plan is cancelled and your accounts and API keys are disconnected at once; your posts, drafts, media and settings are deleted after 7 days, and you can sign in and cancel before then.
