# Drafts and bulk CSV import

> Save 200 to unlimited drafts by plan, and import posts in bulk from a CSV with content, platforms and scheduled_at columns. Drafts never publish on their own.

Keep ideas as drafts, or bring many posts in at once from a CSV file.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **In short:** You can keep 200 drafts on Creator, 1,000 on Growth and as many as you like on Pro. A CSV file with the columns content, platforms and scheduled\_at (1 to 50 rows, under 500 KB) becomes drafts you review and send. Drafts never publish on their own.

## Drafts

* 200 drafts on Creator, 1,000 on Growth, unlimited on Pro
* Each draft holds up to 63,206 characters and 35 media files (a TikTok photo set)
* A draft never publishes or schedules itself, even if it stores a time

## Import a CSV

* Columns, in this order: `content,platforms,scheduled_at`
* Separate several platforms with `|`, for example `linkedin|twitter`
* Write times as ISO 8601 with a time zone, for example `2026-11-02T09:00:00Z`
* 1 to 50 rows per file, and the file under 500 KB
* Each row's content up to 16,000 characters

```csv posts.csv theme={null}
content,platforms,scheduled_at
"We just shipped scheduled publishing.",linkedin|twitter,2026-11-02T09:00:00Z
"New on the blog: how we test every post.",threads|facebook,2026-11-03T15:30:00Z
```

> [!NOTE]
>
> Imported rows become drafts. Open each one, check it, then publish or schedule it.
