Yes. PostMesh posts videos and photo sets to TikTok through TikTok’s official Content Posting API, right away or at a time you schedule up to 12 months ahead. You choose who can watch and the comment, Duet, Stitch and disclosure settings on every post.

## What you need

- A TikTok account.
- A choice of who can watch on every post. TikTok requires it.

## TikTok at a glance

- **Account:** Your TikTok account, connected with TikTok sign-in.
- **Video:** MP4, MOV or WebM, 3 seconds to 10 minutes or your account’s limit, up to 4 GB. Caption up to 2,200 characters.
- **Photo posts:** Up to 35 photos, with a title up to 90 characters and a description up to 4,000. Any JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF or AVIF up to 40 MB. TikTok takes JPEG or WebP up to 20 MB, and gets a JPEG copy that fits when a photo doesn’t. Photo posts go to TikTok only.
- **Settings:** Who can watch, comments, Duet and Stitch, and brand and AI-generated content disclosures, set on every post.
- **Scheduling:** Up to 12 months ahead. TikTok has no scheduling of its own, so PostMesh sends the post at the time you pick.
- **Good to know:** TikTok sometimes sends a video to your TikTok inbox instead, for you to finish posting in the app.

## How to post to TikTok

1. **Connect TikTok.** Sign in with TikTok and approve PostMesh. We never see your password.
2. **Open New post.** Pick the TikTok accounts you want, plus any other networks.
3. **Write the caption and settings.** Up to 2,200 characters for a video. Then choose who can watch, comments, Duet and Stitch, and any brand or AI-generated content disclosure.
4. **Add media.** Add one video (MP4, MOV or WebM, 3 seconds to 10 minutes or your account’s limit, up to 4 GB), or up to 35 JPEG or WebP photos for a TikTok-only photo post.
5. **Post now or schedule.** Under When, choose Now to send it right away, or Later and a time up to 12 months ahead.
6. **Check the result.** Posts shows whether TikTok accepted it. If it failed, Retry failed sends again only to the accounts that failed.

## Fixes for common errors

- **The video went to your TikTok inbox:** TikTok sometimes asks you to finish a post in the app. Open TikTok and post it from your inbox.
- **The post went out as private:** Change who can watch on the post in the TikTok app.
- **A video is rejected:** Use MP4, MOV or WebM between 3 seconds and 10 minutes or your account’s limit, under 4 GB.

### Can I change a scheduled post?

Yes. Open it in Posts, select Edit, make your changes and select Save changes. A post that has started sending can’t be changed.
