## Contact us

**Email.** Write to hello@postmesh.app for help, billing questions, feedback, or account requests. Send it from your PostMesh account email so we can find your workspace and act on account requests.

**Discord.** Join the [PostMesh Discord](https://discord.com/invite/wYh5fTVEFs) to ask questions, share feedback and hear about new features. For account, billing or data requests, use email so we can verify it’s you.

**Help us help you faster.** For a publishing problem, include:

- the network and account it was going to;
- roughly when you published or scheduled it; and
- the message shown for that destination in Posts.

**Never send us passwords, API keys, social access tokens, or card numbers.** We will never ask for them.

**Who you’re talking to.** Our [Terms of Service](https://postmesh.app/legal/terms#who-we-are) say who makes PostMesh, and they and our [Privacy Policy](https://postmesh.app/legal/privacy) are in [Terms & policies](https://postmesh.app/legal).

## Getting started

**Create your account.** Sign up with your email (we send a 6-digit code to confirm it) or with Google, then choose Creator, Growth, or Pro. You can add a passkey later to sign in. First-time subscribers start with a 7-day free trial, once per customer, and aren’t charged if they cancel before it ends. [Plans and billing](https://postmesh.app/docs/plans-and-billing#trial) explains how the trial works.

**Connect your networks.** Open Connections, choose a network, and approve its official sign-in screen. PostMesh never asks for your social passwords. Connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage. [Connect your accounts](https://postmesh.app/docs/connect-accounts#what-each-network-needs) lists what each network needs, and [Pricing](https://postmesh.app/pricing) shows how many accounts each plan connects.

**Send your first post.** Open New post, pick the accounts, write the caption and add media. Under When, choose Now or Later, then select Post now or Schedule. The result for every account appears in Posts. The [Quickstart](https://postmesh.app/docs/quickstart#your-first-post) walks through it step by step.

## Writing posts and adding media

**One post, adapted per network.** Write the main caption once, then give any network its own version. Pre-flight checks flag what a network won’t accept, such as a caption that’s too long or a missing video, before you send. See [Captions per network](https://postmesh.app/docs/captions-per-network#give-a-network-its-own-caption) and the [common pre-flight messages](https://postmesh.app/docs/pre-flight-checks#common-messages).

**Drafts.** Save a draft to keep unfinished work in your account across devices. A draft is never published or scheduled on its own. Each draft holds up to 35 media files. [Drafts and CSV import](https://postmesh.app/docs/drafts-and-csv-import#drafts) lists how many drafts each plan keeps and how to import posts from a CSV file.

**Media.** Uploads support JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, WebM, and MOV. A YouTube-only post also accepts MPEG, AVI, WMV, FLV, 3GP, and MXF. Publish one video per post, or up to 35 JPEG or WebP images for a TikTok-only photo post. Keep the tab open while a large file uploads.

**Size limits we enforce.**

- YouTube videos up to 256 GB, sent to YouTube in chunks.
- TikTok videos up to 4 GB and photos up to 20 MB.
- LinkedIn videos up to 200 MB and images up to 20 MB.
- Facebook Page videos up to 1 GB and photos up to 10 MB.
- Instagram Reels up to 300 MB and photos up to 40 MB.
- Threads videos up to 1 GB and photos up to 8 MB.
- X photos up to 5 MB, GIFs up to 15 MB.
- Reddit images up to 20 MB and MP4 videos up to 1 GB.

Networks can also set format, length, and aspect-ratio rules. Each network’s page in [Networks](https://postmesh.app/platform) lists what it supports.

## Scheduling

**Choose a time.** Under When, choose Later, then a quick time or a date and time within the next 12 months. The picker shows your device’s time zone and saves an exact moment, so check it when you travel or plan for someone elsewhere. [Schedule posts](https://postmesh.app/docs/schedule-posts#schedule-from-the-composer) has the steps, and Settings, Publishing sets the time the composer suggests.

**How the queue works.** PostMesh checks the queue every minute and sends posts that are due, so a post may go out a little after the time you chose. [What happens at publish time](https://postmesh.app/docs/schedule-posts#what-happens-at-publish-time) covers YouTube, which works differently.

**Change or cancel.** Open Calendar or Posts to review what’s coming up. To change a scheduled post, cancel it and schedule it again. A post that has started sending can no longer be cancelled. See [Change or cancel](https://postmesh.app/docs/schedule-posts#change-or-cancel).

## When a post fails

**Read each account’s result.** A post sent to several accounts can succeed on some and fail on others. Open Posts and read the result for every account before you do anything else. [Fix a failed post](https://postmesh.app/docs/fix-a-failed-post#common-reasons) lists the common reasons and how to fix each.

**Connection or permission errors.** Reconnect the account in Connections through the network’s sign-in screen, and approve every permission it asks for. Some networks need a role or a professional account, for example admin on a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account; a PostMesh plan can’t grant that. See [Reconnect an expired login](https://postmesh.app/docs/connect-accounts#reconnect-an-expired-login).

**Media or caption problems.** Check the file type and size against the [limits above](https://postmesh.app/support#writing-limits) and the network’s page in [Networks](https://postmesh.app/platform), and keep each caption within its network’s limit.

**Retry without posting twice.** Open the post in Posts and select Retry failed: it sends again only to the accounts that failed. If a result is uncertain, for example because the connection dropped, PostMesh never resends an account that may be live: open the post and answer the question on its row: choose Mark it live if it’s there, or Retry this one if it isn’t. A brand-new post always sends to every account you select. [Retry](https://postmesh.app/docs/fix-a-failed-post#retry) has the steps.

**TikTok inbox uploads.** When TikTok can’t publish directly, it puts the video in your TikTok inbox. It isn’t public yet: open TikTok and finish posting there.

## AI agent, Clip Factory, API and MCP

**AI agent.** The agent can draft and edit posts and read links you share with it. When it proposes a post, nothing is published until you approve it. [AI Agent](https://postmesh.app/docs/ai-agent#what-it-can-do) lists what it can do.

**Clip Factory.** Paste a YouTube video to get suggested clips. Clip Factory downloads the video to our servers to cut them, so use it only with videos you own or have the rights or permission to reuse. Clip scores are AI labels for sorting, not predictions of performance. See [Clip Factory](https://postmesh.app/docs/clip-factory#ai-shorts).

**API keys and MCP.** Create keys in Settings under API & MCP. Each key is shown once and can read and write drafts; it can post only if you let it when you create it. **Posts sent through the API or an MCP client publish straight away,** so review what those apps send. Revoke a key the moment you no longer need it. See [API keys](https://postmesh.app/docs/api-keys#create-and-revoke) and [Connect an AI assistant](https://postmesh.app/docs/mcp-setup#setup-by-client).

## Billing

**Manage your plan.** Open Settings, then Billing, to change plan, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. See [Change or cancel](https://postmesh.app/docs/plans-and-billing#change-or-cancel).

**Cancelling.** Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then publishing pauses, and your drafts and history stay in your account; [If a payment fails or your plan ends](https://postmesh.app/docs/plans-and-billing#if-a-payment-fails-or-your-plan-ends) explains how to turn it back on. Discounts and the offer you may see when cancelling are explained in the [Terms of Service](https://postmesh.app/legal/terms#promotions).

**A question about a charge?** Email hello@postmesh.app with the date and amount; it’s usually the fastest way to get it fixed. Our refund rules are in the [Terms of Service](https://postmesh.app/legal/terms#refunds).

## Your account and data

**Forgot your password?** On Sign in, enter your email and choose Reset password. Type the 6-digit code we email you, then choose a new password.

**Export your data.** Settings, then Data & privacy, downloads your drafts, history, connected accounts (without tokens), posting-time settings, and plan status. [Export](https://postmesh.app/docs/data-and-privacy#export) lists what isn’t included and how to get a copy of it.

**Delete your account.** In Settings under Data & privacy, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm it's you with a passkey or an email code. Your plan is cancelled and your accounts and API keys are disconnected at once; your posts, drafts, media and settings are deleted after 7 days, and you can sign in and cancel before then. We email you a receipt when it's done. See [Delete your account](https://postmesh.app/docs/data-and-privacy#delete-your-account); [Data deletion](https://postmesh.app/legal/data-deletion) explains exactly what is removed.
