A practical guide to your PostMesh workspace.

1. Set up your workspace

Create an account, confirm your email, and choose a plan. Eligible new subscriptions include a 3-day trial. Open Connections, choose a network, and approve the official authorization screen. Never send us your social passwords.

2. Create and save a draft

Open Create post, choose your destinations, write a caption, and add supported media. Use the caption overrides to adapt each network. Save a draft to keep your work in your account across devices. Uploads support JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, WebM, and MOV, up to 50 MB per file. Drafts can hold four attachments; publish one attachment per post. Individual networks may impose tighter limits.

3. Schedule with confidence

Choose a time within the next 30 days. Times are displayed in your device’s time zone and stored as an absolute instant. Scheduled posts enter a queue and are dispatched after their due time; provider processing can add delay. Cancel a pending job from Scheduled or Calendar before processing starts.

4. Check publishing results

History records each destination’s result. A partial failure means some destinations may already be live. Retry only failed destinations. When an interrupted request has an unknown outcome, check the destination directly before sending again.

Connection or permission errors

Reconnect the affected account from Connections, confirm you have the correct role on the social account, and approve all required permissions. Network reviews and access policies can restrict publishing independently of your PostMesh subscription.

Billing and account recovery

Use Billing to manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation. If you forget your password, enter your email on Sign in, choose Reset password, and follow the email link to set a new password.
