These terms describe the publishing service, subscription basics, and your responsibilities.
Use accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You retain ownership of your content and grant the permissions needed to store, process, and deliver it to the destinations you select.
You are responsible for your content, rights, permissions, and compliance with each network’s policies. Do not use PostMesh for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to evade network restrictions. Service access may be restricted to investigate misuse or protect other users.
The price, billing interval, trial eligibility, and applicable taxes shown at checkout govern your purchase. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval. Eligible new subscriptions have a 3-day trial and convert to paid billing when it ends. Annual plans are billed in one annual payment. Manage renewal, payment methods, and invoices in Billing. Cancellation timing and access through the paid period are shown in Stripe’s billing portal. Contact support for questions about charges or refunds; mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Publishing depends on network availability, account permissions, API quotas, and provider review. Delivery timing and engagement are not guaranteed. Review your history, and check the network before retrying a post with an uncertain outcome. Removing a history entry does not remove content from a network.
You can stop using the service, disconnect your social accounts, cancel renewal, and request deletion of your account. Contact hello@postmesh.app for support or questions about these terms. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
