Troubleshooting guide
Resolve expired connections, media restrictions, partial delivery, and uncertain publishing outcomes without sending duplicates.
A post sent to several accounts can have mixed results. Open History and read each network’s result and any follow-up note. A successful operation on one network does not mean every destination succeeded. Check links where available before deciding whether another send is necessary.
If a result mentions authorization or permissions, open Connections and reconnect the affected account through the network’s official login screen. Confirm you have the correct account role. Some integrations require professional accounts, developer access, app review, or specific publishing permissions that a PostMesh subscription cannot grant.
Use the platform guide to confirm text, image, and video support. PostMesh accepts supported files up to 50 MB, but each network can impose tighter format, duration, or aspect-ratio limits. Publish one attachment per post and keep each caption within its network’s limit. Reducing a file size does not make an unsupported format publishable.
The retry action for eligible failed jobs skips accounts already recorded as successful. However, a network can accept a post just before a connection is interrupted, leaving PostMesh without confirmation. Check the destination account directly before retrying an uncertain result. Creating a fresh post sends a new operation to its selected destinations.
TikTok can accept a video into its inbox when direct posting is unavailable. This is not the same as a publicly published video. Follow the history note, open TikTok, and complete the remaining steps there. Processing on other networks can also delay when a link becomes available.
If the issue remains, include the network, approximate time, and error message when contacting support. Include your workspace ID from Settings if requested. Never share passwords, social access tokens, API keys, or payment-card details. Preserve the history entry while the issue is investigated.
