Publishing guide
Prepare a caption, choose eligible accounts, and schedule a post with a clear time zone and delivery checks.
A scheduled post is saved work waiting for a future dispatch time. It has not been published yet. PostMesh checks its queue every minute and processes due work in order. Network processing and queue volume can add delay, so the selected time is not a guarantee of an exact publication second.
Connect the accounts you are authorized to manage. Check the platform guide before attaching media: X and LinkedIn currently support text, Facebook supports text or a photo, and YouTube and TikTok need video. Instagram needs an image or video. One post can contain one published attachment, even when its saved draft holds more.
In Create post, select your networks and write the main caption. Adapt the caption for individual networks where needed. Turn on Schedule post and choose a date within 30 days. The editor displays your device time zone; check that label when traveling or coordinating with someone in another location. PostMesh stores the selected time as an absolute instant.
After scheduling, open Scheduled or Calendar and confirm the caption, destinations, and date. Saving a draft alone does not put it in the publishing queue. To change a pending scheduled post, cancel it first and prepare a replacement. A post that has begun processing can no longer be canceled safely through PostMesh.
After the due time, open History. Queued and processing states describe work in progress. An accepted result means the network accepted the operation; some operations, including TikTok inbox uploads, still need a final action in the network. Read the result note and follow the provided link where available.
