Organize a publishing week with reusable drafts, network-specific captions, and a calendar of scheduled work.
Choose the question, announcement, or useful idea each post should address. Decide which connected network suits that idea before writing variations. A smaller, sustainable schedule is easier to review than filling every day with repeated messages. PostMesh manages publishing; it does not promise a particular reach or engagement result.
Use Drafts for unfinished ideas, captions, and media. A saved draft is private workspace content and is not scheduled automatically. Move a finished draft into the composer, confirm its attachments and destinations, and explicitly schedule it. The calendar shows publishing jobs; your draft library remains in Drafts.
Keep the core idea consistent while changing length and context for each destination. Use caption overrides for the selected networks and review each character count. Returning to a saved draft preserves those overrides. Review links and mentions carefully because account names and platform behavior can differ.
Use month view for the broad schedule and week view for a closer check. The calendar loads the selected date range, including jobs scheduled further ahead even when newer history exists. Check the time zone on the editor before finalizing each schedule. Pending jobs can be canceled; completed network posts must be managed on the network itself.
Bulk import accepts CSV columns content, platforms, and scheduled_at, with up to 50 rows per import. Use platform IDs such as twitter or linkedin, separated by a vertical bar, and include an explicit time zone in dates. Imported rows become drafts for review. Importing a date does not authorize automatic publication.
After a publishing week, inspect failed and partial outcomes first. Studio analytics summarizes publishing jobs and successful operations, rather than likes, impressions, or follower growth. Use the networks’ own analytics to understand audience response and decide what to change next week.
