This notice describes the data used by the publishing application and the controls available to you.
PostMesh processes your account email and authentication identifiers; connected social account identifiers, authorization tokens, and permissions; drafts, captions, uploaded media, schedules, preferences, and publishing outcomes. Stripe processes payment details; PostMesh stores subscription and customer references rather than full payment-card information.
We use this information to authenticate your account, store your work, deliver posts you request, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and provide support. Your posts and media are sent to the networks you select. Those networks apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage services. Vercel hosts the application. Stripe handles billing. Email may be delivered through our configured email provider. Draft uploads use private storage. Publishing to some networks requires a publicly accessible media URL. Publishing copies can remain accessible until removed through an account request; avoid uploading confidential material for social publication.
If configured, Mixpanel receives product events only after you allow analytics. These events describe actions such as a page view, draft save, or publish result, with limited properties such as platform and plan. We do not include passwords, social tokens, captions, uploaded content, or full query strings. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.
Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in. Preferences may be cached on your device. Workspace data remains in your account until removed or deleted through an account request, subject to necessary billing records, security investigations, and backup retention. You can disconnect accounts, remove drafts, export workspace data, and request account deletion through support. Deleting PostMesh history does not delete a post already published to a social network.
Contact hello@postmesh.app from your account email for access, correction, export, deletion, or other privacy questions. We may verify ownership before fulfilling a request. This notice may change as the product and service providers change.
